Falcons Take a Loss in the First Game of the Double Header on Friday Afternoon.

The Patriots got on the board iin the bottom of the 1st inning on double and a passed ball. Then, exteneded their early lead with 2-runs in the bottom of the 2nd inning. The Falcons got on the board in the top half of third with a Sac Fly by Drew Lippold and then another run by Marcos Franjul singled, bringing in Lippold. Those 2-runs cut the lead to 5-2, but it just wasn't enough.
Parker Bryant took the loss for Kansas Chrsitian. He went 3.1 innings, giving up 4-earned runs and striking out two.
Drew Lippold, Marcos Franjul & Kris Davis each collected 2-hits a piece. Lippold and Franjul knocked in the only 2-runs for the Falcons.
