The Kansas Christian baseball team picked up four wins over Randall University and opened up 4-0 in conference play. In game one of the series Leandro Mendez tossed five innings earning the win. Jose Ballista went two scoreless innings in relief. Manny Valenzuela scored a run and drove in a run with three hits in four at bats including two doubles. Drew Lippold went two for three and also doubled. Brilynn Stults drove in three runs on two hits and hit a home run.
In game two of the series, Cody Ziegelmeyer threw a two hit shut out as the Falcons won 4-0. Jesus Reyes, Manny Valenzuela, and Abram Stewart each had hits. Stewart drove in two runs. The Falcons scored four runs in the fourth inning and held on for the win.
Game three of the series went 12 innings as the Falcons prevailed 10-8. Emmet Lafleur started the game with Jose Ballista and Parker Bryant pitching in relief. Bryant earned the win with three scoreless innings. Jesus Reyes and Kris Davis each hit two home runs to pace the offense. Brilynn Stults had two hits a run scored, an RBI and two stolen bases.
In the final game, the offense broke out for 17 runs in a 17-5 win for the Falcons. Jesus Reyes went three for four with give RBIs and two runs scored. Kaiden Gravatt hit his first home run of the season and the Falcons six doubles. Mikal Whisler went two for four with two runs scored and three RBIs. Tommy Thomas, Logan Wallace, and Jeremy Eteeyan split time on the mound in the win.
